Delivery times are approx. 1-2 days South Island and 3-4 days North Island. Please add 2 days for Rural address. Deliveries that fall on a Public holiday or weekend will be delivered the next working day.
Your signature is required for parcels (unless you give us permission to leave without signature). For this reason, we suggest that you provide an address where somebody will be able to sign for the delivery. If courier is unable to deliver because no-one is available a card will be left for you to arrange redelivery.

How does it work?
If you would like to return an item for a refund we will refund you the purchase price and the shipping cost, and pick up the tab for the return shipping. You have up to 30 days after you have received the item (conditions apply - see below)
If you are wanting to see if you like an item please only open and use one item of the same, for example if you have ordered two memory foam mattress toppers please try one first as this will save you some time in repackaging and helps us to reduce the number of unnecessary returns.
Item must be returned with original packaging with no damage or marks to product or packaging. Item must be clean. You can use the original packaging your order came in or a suitable cardboard box to ship your return.
We will pay the postage for the first order, for any subsequent exchanges you will be required to cover the full postal cost.
What's the timeline for my refund?
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
How will I know when my return is completed?
Once we process your return, we'll refund your payment and email you a confirmation.
