How does it work?
If you would like to return an item for a refund we will refund you the purchase price and the shipping cost, and pick up the tab for the return shipping. You have up to 30 days after you have received the item (conditions apply - see below)
If you are wanting to see if you like an item please only open and use one item of the same, for example if you have ordered two memory foam mattress toppers please try one first as this will save you some time in repackaging and helps us to reduce the number of unnecessary returns.
Item must be returned with original packaging with no damage or marks to product or packaging. Item must be clean. You can use the original packaging your order came in or a suitable cardboard box to ship your return.
We will pay the postage for the first order, for any subsequent exchanges you will be required to cover the full postal cost.
Return Instructions - please email the following
1. Please confirm if item has been used so we can give you the correct return number.
2.Item/s must be returned with original packaging with no damage or marks to product or packaging. Item must be clean. You can use the original packaging your order came in or a suitable cardboard box or plain mailer bag to ship your return.
3. Email us the name the product was purchased under and an address for the courier to pick up from when you have parcel ready.
4. Contact phone number.
5. Please email your bank account details.
6. Once we have the above info a return ticket will be emailed to you (to print off and attach to parcel/s)
What's the timeline for my refund?
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
How will I know when my return is completed?
Once we process your return, we'll refund your payment and email you a confirmation.
